We are seeking a proactive and organised Creditors Clerk to join our dynamic finance team based in Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha This role is ideal for someone with solid accounts payable experience who thrives in a structured, deadline-driven environment.

Job type: Permanent, On-site
Location: Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (with Accounting)
  • Minimum 3 years? experience in an Accounts Payable/Creditors role
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Sage, Intacct)
  • Strong understanding of creditor reconciliations and financial controls

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing and capturing of all supplier invoices accurately and timeously
  • Coordinating invoice approvals with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Performing supplier account reconciliations
  • Obtaining outstanding invoices and statements from suppliers
  • Preparing creditor reconciliation files for payment runs
  • Completing credit applications and maintaining supplier database
  • Managing electronic filing systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Handling creditor queries and ensuring prompt resolution

Part of a larger organization with three mobile development teams
Agile delivery model with high visibility and impact
Interview Process:
Initial 45-minute interview
Typically followed by a second technical interview
Occasional fast-tracked offers after first interview
