The Westpac SME/Small Business sector is entering a period of growth which means we have a newly created opportunity for an experienced Business Banking Manager to support our customers in Bairnsdale with flexible working options on offer. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of SME clients - Business lending between $1M to $5M. What's the role? You and a small team of like-minded professionals will work closely together to manage a portfolio of Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) customers, the lifeblood of the Australian economy. Proven experience as a mobile developer working with native OS architectures

Team includes 2 Level 3 Engineers and 1 Level 4 Engineer
Part of a larger organization with three mobile development teams
Agile delivery model with high visibility and impact
Interview Process:
Initial 45-minute interview
Typically followed by a second technical interview
Occasional fast-tracked offers after first interview
