The SEC Delburn Wind Farm is Victoria?s first publicly owned, utility-scale wind generation project, to be built to the south of the Latrobe Valley from early 2026. Delta Group was appointed by Vestas as a key delivery partner of the project and is now actively promoting cadetship opportunities involving a Degree in Engineering or Environmental Science. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Cadets to join our team and build long-term careers with Delta Group. About the role The Delta Group Base Camp Cadet Program is designed to blend work with tertiary studies in engineering or a related discipline to the realities of site work and the rewarding career that lies in front of students. Successful applicants will be offered a paid cadetship with Delta Group, involving carefully structured part-time flexible work program to support your university study. As a Cadet, you?ll have the opportunity to take the theories you?re studying and apply them on fully operational project sites to enhance future opportunities in our industry.

Each Cadet will be assigned an experienced Delta Group Project Engineer or Project Manager as their mentor, with a focus on fulfilling core day-to-day responsibilities. Proven experience as a mobile developer working with native OS architectures
