Your Responsibilities Be the First Contact: Provide fast, friendly service as the primary point of contact for clients. ?? Inbound Admin: Respond to customer requests via phone and email, offering tailored solutions. ?? Outbound Action: Proactively schedule appointments and activate service options. ??? Administrative Flow: Ensure correct follow-up and documentation for all client requests. ?? Team Spirit: Collaborate effectively to maintain a safe, reliable, and positive experience for everyone. ?? Your Profile Language Master: Fluent in Dutch or Flemish (written and spoken) with a good command of English. ???? Customer-Centric: Empathic, communicative, and solution-oriented. ??? Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computer systems and multitasking under pressure. ?? Reliable: A valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is required for this role. ??
