RN - Manager Clinical Research Join a dynamic and forward-thinking team dedicated to pioneering advancements in oncology care. As the Manager of Clinical Research, you will have the unique opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary team in conducting Phase I Clinical Oncology trials. Your role will be crucial in driving innovative research efforts that aim to revolutionize cancer detection and treatment methodologies. Role Overview: In this leadership position, you will oversee the execution, growth, and strategic direction of clinical research initiatives.

Collaborating closely with research administration and various healthcare professionals, you will identify and cultivate opportunities for clinical research, grant programs, and clinical drug trials. This role requires ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards while providing comprehensive oversight of clinical research activities within the institution. Key Responsibilities: Manage and guide the development and promotion of clinical research projects. Collaborate with leadership, medical staff, and other clinical providers to align research initiatives with institutional goals.

Ensure all research activities meet compliance standards and are prioritized effectively. Act as a liaison with industry partners, community healthcare providers, and academic institutions to foster research growth and collaboration. Location: This position is based at a prominent medical center in Peoria, IL. Required Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in a scientific discipline.

Minimum of 5 years of direct clinical research experience. At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience in a clinical or healthcare setting. Proven experience in clinical trial design, management, and oversight. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software applications.

Preferred Qualifications: Master?s degree in a relevant field. Experience in oncology clinical trials. Current Research Certification (e.g., ACRP, Socra, HCCA, CIP). RN licensure or over 5 years of clinical experience.

Leadership or management experience in clinical research settings. Familiarity with industry standards, financial regulations, and strategic development in healthcare research. Compensation: The salary range for this position is $39.49 to $52.31 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. ..
