Postdoctoral Researcher (MBA & DBA Programmes) We are currently partnering with a reputable academic institution seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher to support and strengthen their MBA and DBA Research Portfolio . This role combines hands-on academic supervision with programme co-ordination , making it ideal for a highly driven research professional passionate about postgraduate and doctoral education. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and guide MBA students with dissertations and research projects Provide support on research methodology (qualitative & quantitative) Assist with proposal development, data analysis, and final submissions Co-ordinate DBA programme activities and research processes Liaise with students, supervisors, and faculty Monitor research progress and ensure academic timelines are met Maintain high academic standards and research quality Minimum Requirements: Doctoral qualification (PhD/DBA essential) Strong background in research methodology Experience supervising postgraduate and/or doctoral students Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping both MBA and DBA research outcomes within a dynamic academic environment. Work directly with a senior cybersecurity specialist to support day-to-day security operations and projects
Create and update critical documentation like policies, procedures, and incident playbooks
Help roll out monthly security awareness training and phishing simulations across the organization
Learn and support monitoring of key security platforms including SIEM and EDR tools
