POSITION: Office Manager JOB TYPE: Full Time LOCATION: Grande Prairie, Alberta SALARY/WAGE: $30.00 - $32.00/hour JOB SUMMARY: The Agency is assisting with a confidential recruitment for a well-established and growing organization in Grande Prairie. This organization is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to take ownership of daily administrative operations and support overall office efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and professionalism across all administrative functions and team Manage scheduling, correspondence, and internal communications Support leadership with administrative tasks, reporting, and coordination of priorities Maintain office systems, records, and documentation with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality Coordinate supplies, vendors, and service providers to support smooth office operations Assist with basic accounting functions such as invoicing, expense tracking, and data entry Support HR-related activities including onboarding, employee documentation, and maintaining personnel files Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to overall operational effectiveness REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative role with specific experience in HR and Payroll Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative Experience supporting leadership teams or small-to-medium-sized businesses is preferred BENEFITS: Competitive Wages Health Benefits Stable, full-time position with a respected local organization Collaborative and supportive team environment ..

Work directly with a senior cybersecurity specialist to support day-to-day security operations and projects
Create and update critical documentation like policies, procedures, and incident playbooks
Help roll out monthly security awareness training and phishing simulations across the organization
Learn and support monitoring of key security platforms including SIEM and EDR tools
