SALON & SPA PRODUCTS SALES REP DURBAN & SURROUNDS (PROVINCIAL) - KZN - South Africa

START: ASAP / 01 June 2026 REPORT TO: National Sales Manager TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

Monday to Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm Closed on weekends & major public holidays SALARY &

COMPANY BENEFITS: R14,000 Fixed Basic Salary per month - guaranteed Company Petrol Card for business

traveling Vehicle maintenance allowance (monthly) Product allowance (monthly) Airtime & Data allowance (monthly) Tiered Sales

Commission earned (2% - 10%) Sales Incentives Bonuses earned on new accounts opened Commission earned

on facial devices (independent of product sales) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: South African citizen Based centrally in

Durban or surrounds with ease of travel Reliable car with insurance & valid driver's license

- this role requires you to be on the road doing Business to Business sales

Formal qualification (Diploma/ Degree / Certification) in Beauty / Skin Care OR Cosmetology OR Somatology

Active Business 2 Business SALES experience within SPA, Beauty, Cosmetics or Pharma industries - this

is essential Knowledgeable on skincare trends & skincare devices Sales driven - this is the

core KPI for this role Comfortable being on the road - this job requires a

lot of traveling and driving Business savvy with confidence working on sales apps & computer

literate (including MS Excel) Ability to travel for work when operationally required - all travel

costs are covered by the company Strong team dynamic, but also able to work independently 

Facilitate client engagement, promotional events and confidently close deals Able to build good rapport with

clients Focused on new business development  KEY COMPETENCIES: Strong product knowledge in professional Salon &

Spa products (skin care, body care, nutrition etc.) Excellent communication and presentation skills Commercially minded

with strong negotiation ability Self-driven, target-oriented and results focused Ability to build long-term client relationships
