Cypress Employment has a client hiring Structural Welders in Mobile, AL. Pay Ranges: $22-$32 based on skill level. This position is 90 days temp to perm. As our next Structural Welder, you'll be the artist behind the metal - joining components with precision and skill using cutting-edge electric arc welding equipment.

You'll bring blueprints to life and create solutions that matter! Experience That Counts Minimum 3 years in production welding Your Specialized Superpowers Welding Mastery: Multi-pass, all-position fillet and butt welds using GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding) and GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding) Heat Control: Expert-level Oxygen/Propane heating (torch) operations Symbol Savvy: Read and interpret weld symbols like a secret code Physical Excellence: Thrive in demanding, hands-on environments (various climates for travel positions, or local conditions for local positions) Safety First: Deep knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices Advanced Techniques: Air carbon arc gouging expertise Precision Tools: Master fillet and bridge cam gauges with accuracy Adaptability: (Travel positions) Comfortable working in new environments, OR (Local positions) Excellence in consistent work environments with evolving challenges Physical Requirements - Vision: Sharp enough to read fine print and identify precise markings on calibrated tools Hearing: Alert to safety signals and able to communicate effectively Communication: Engage confidently in conversations and group presentations Equipment Mastery: Operate diverse tools including arc welding equipment, oxy-fuel cutting, grinders, cranes, and more Strength & Endurance: Carry/lift up to 50lbs, work in confined spaces, heights up to 15 feet Flexibility: Stand, sit, walk, squat, and navigate varied work environments with ease Stamina: (Travel positions) Ability to work extended periods away from home while maintaining high performance standards, OR (Local positions) Consistent high performance in familiar environments ..

Essential Functions

1. Process and verify incoming payments, ensuring accuracy in transactions and resolving any discrepancies.
2. Prepare and send invoices to clients, following up on outstanding payments as necessary.

Work Environment
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands
This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and typical work hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.


Required Education and Experience
  • Recent A/R experience (within the past 3 years) which includes posting payments to the G/L
  • Experience processing virtual/verbal credit card payments through a third-party website which includes posting them to the G/L
  • Experience Imaging customer checks to the Bank imaging system
  • Experience with weekly/monthly/bi-monthly billing
  • Experience Managing a digital filing system using Adobe pdf. files and Microsoft print to pdf.
  • Experience Calling on customer accounts for 90-day collections
  • Experience with Excel?Expert
  • Experience with 10-key calculator
  • Great phone etiquette
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to meet crucial deadlines on a daily basis

Additional Eligibility Qualifications
