For which tasks (responsibilities)? Own and drive manual/automation testing strategy across all phases of the XR, web, mobile, PC products? development lifecycle.

Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, usability, and exploratory testing for XR and web applications. Execute API testing to validate endpoint functionality, request/response accuracy, authentication flows, error handling, and data integrity across integrated systems. Validate performance, stability, rendering quality, tracking accuracy, and device-specific limitations. Ensure consistent quality standards across multiple hardware platforms, devices, and operating systems.

Documentation & Collaboration Create, maintain, and continuously improve test plans, test cases, acceptance criteria, and test reports. Work closely with the production, design, and engineering teams to clarify requirements and define testable acceptance criteria. Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release readiness reviews to ensure quality alignment. Continuous Improvement & Leadership Contribute to the evolution of QA processes, standards, and best practices within the team.

Mentor junior QA engineers and support knowledge-sharing and onboarding initiatives. Help refine internal testing templates, device coverage strategies, and XR-specific testing workflows. What kind of professional are we looking for? This role includes testing not only XR applications, but also our Web platform, backend APIs, Mobile, and PC applications .

Strong practical experience in Web and API testing is essential, while experience testing cross-platform products is highly valued. 5+ years of experience in QA, with ownership of complex testing workflows across the full SDLC. Strong expertise in functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing for multi-module systems. Hands-on experience testing REST APIs using Postman / Swagger / similar tools.  Confident use of Chrome DevTools (Network / Console / Application / Performance basics).

Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar). Deep understanding of QA methodologies, test design techniques, defect lifecycle management, and risk-based testing. Proactive mindset with strong prioritization skills and the ability to make quality-driven decisions under changing conditions. Ability to rapidly context-switch between multiple concurrent projects and quickly dive deep into new domains Ability to work independently within distributed, cross-functional teams.

Work directly with a senior cybersecurity specialist to support day-to-day security operations and projects
Create and update critical documentation like policies, procedures, and incident playbooks
