Your Role Are you a natural communicator who loves helping people and hitting targets? ? As our Customer Service Agent for the Portugal market, you will be the ultimate solution-finder for our insured clients! From handling inquiries with top-tier empathy to boosting loyalty through retention and cross-selling, your daily mission is to turn every phone call and email into a premium experience. ? Your Responsibilities Inbound Care: Warmly receive calls and emails from clients, partners, and providers to guide them through their insurance policies and claim statuses. Be the Solution: Inform, orient, and resolve customer doubts, keeping them updated on their coverages and repair updates. Drive Value (Cross-Selling): Proactively identify eligible clients, introduce them to extra policy advantages, and log your successful sales in the system. Build Loyalty (Retention): Apply excellent retention techniques during eligible interactions to turn questions into long-term partnerships. Operational Excellence: Proudly deliver active listening, telephone excellence, and clear written communications. Your Profile Language Match: Native or C2-level European Portuguese (from Portugal) and a good level of English. Experienced Representative: Proven experience in phone-based customer service, specifically carrying out cross-selling and retention workflows. Tech-Comfortable: Good computer user skills (MS Office tools). Soft Skills: Empathetic, results-oriented, collaborative, and highly adaptable to target-driven settings. Education: Completed secondary education. Our Amazing Benefits Stability: A permanent contract ( Contrato Indefinido ) with a 2-month probation period. Work-Life Balance: 40 hours per week (Mon-Sat, rotating shifts), working a maximum of 1 or 2 Saturdays a month (with an extra day off the following week if you work a Saturday!). ?
