Middleville ESR Healthcare Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist Middleville MI Middleville $ Up to: $24/Annually  JOB DESCRIPTION  West Michigan organization, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable accountant to join their team in a part-time, on-site capacity. This role supports core accounting operations in a collaborative and structured environment and is not expected to convert to full-time. Responsibilities include: Processing and reviewing financial transactions with accuracy Managing shared inbox communications and responding to inquiries Assisting with reconciliations, reporting, and general accounting tasks Researching and resolving discrepancies Maintaining organized and accurate financial records Supporting internal processes across the accounting function Schedule: Part-time, weekday mornings with some flexibility On-site in West Michigan Strong Excel skills (spreadsheets and formulas) Experience with accounting systems and Microsoft tools High attention to detail and organization Ability to work independently and manage priorities Strong communication skills   ..

Work directly with a senior cybersecurity specialist to support day-to-day security operations and projects
Create and update critical documentation like policies, procedures, and incident playbooks
