Key Responsibilities: Smartsheet Platform Ownership: Serve as the primary Smartsheet SME across marketing workflows Design, build, and maintain Smartsheet solutions to support integrated marketing initiatives Ensure consistency, usability, and scalability across all Smartsheet assets Workflow Design & Optimization: Build and optimize end-to-end workflows for integrated marketing processes Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and manual processes; implement automation where possible Translate business requirements into functional Smartsheet solutions Dashboarding & Reporting: Develop and maintain Smartsheet dashboards to provide visibility into campaign performance, timelines, and execution status Create reporting frameworks that enable leadership and stakeholders to track progress and make decisions Ensure data accuracy and usability across dashboards and reports Marketing Operations Support: Organize and track integrated marketing activities across multiple campaigns and channels Partner with marketing stakeholders to align workflows with campaign planning and execution needs Support ongoing improvements to marketing operations processes Continuous Improvement & Enablement: Educate and guide team members on best practices and full capabilities of Smartsheet Recommend enhancements and new use cases to drive efficiency and effectiveness Document processes and provide training as needed Proven experience working as a Smartsheet SME or advanced user Hands-on experience building: Workflows; Automated processes; Dashboards within Smartsheet Experience supporting marketing or integrated campaign operations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to translate business needs into system-based solutions Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Marketing Operations or Project Management environments Familiarity with integrated marketing planning across multiple channels Experience improving processes within fast-paced or evolving teams Strong stakeholder management and communication skills ..

Work directly with a senior cybersecurity specialist to support day-to-day security operations and projects
Create and update critical documentation like policies, procedures, and incident playbooks
Help roll out monthly security awareness training and phishing simulations across the organization
Learn and support monitoring of key security platforms including SIEM and EDR tools
Analyze alerts, assist with threat triage, and escalate risks to the appropriate teams
Participate in incident response-note-taking, evidence collection, and investigation summaries
Help identify process gaps and propose improvements to strengthen our cybersecurity posture
Keep documentation organized, current, and accessible to the team
Bachelor's degree in IT, Security, or a related field - or hands-on experience plus relevant training/certifications
