Spring, TX, USA ESR Healthcare Marketing Data Analyst spring, tx  in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Spring, Texas (TX). Duties Include: Act as a conduit between media, data infrastructure, data sciences, and marketing teams Supports formalization of goal setting and success measurement process for campaigns and digital projects Utilizes and optimizes marketing dashboards and data models Presents recommendations based on data analyses Supports data integrity, data accuracy, and testing processes Partners with internal and vendor support teams to report and resolve data/campaign discrepancies Advocates for data and analytics needs in markets and countries Strong analytical thinking, adept at technical analysis, and skilled in handling data Quick to learn and apply new analytical techniques, with a foundational grasp of research methodology Proficient in Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling Growing business acumen and technical expertise specific to the role Effective verbal and written communication abilities Basic understanding of project management principles Familiarity with Power BI is required, along with proficiency in SQL Server and MySQL; Knowledge of data warehousing, data mining, and data mapping is also advantageous Ability to work on multiple, large, time sensitive projects or work streams; Able to identify emerging trends from market and industry data, and help with clear and compelling new business recommendations ..

Work directly with a senior cybersecurity specialist to support day-to-day security operations and projects
Create and update critical documentation like policies, procedures, and incident playbooks
Help roll out monthly security awareness training and phishing simulations across the organization
Learn and support monitoring of key security platforms including SIEM and EDR tools
Analyze alerts, assist with threat triage, and escalate risks to the appropriate teams
Participate in incident response-note-taking, evidence collection, and investigation summaries
