I have about 15+ years of experience in Java/j2ee and worked with various domains and web technologies.
I currently manage interviews of Java candidates for few agencies.

This gig is mainly for agencies/companies who wants to place their candidates.

With this gig, I will work with your java candidates via phone and provide feedback to you.
Currently, I can handle candidates from India, USA, Australia , UK and Canada only.

For Java j2ee candidates, I can check him on below skills and try to find their weaknesses and guide them.
This process may consists of 3-4 sessions with your candidates.
