Denysys is looking for a Senior Systems Requirements Analyst with 7+ years Systems Analyst/Requirements Analysis experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Analyst shall perform the elicitation, documentation, analysis, validation and management of requirements for DISA projects in accordance with the Requirements and Analysis (R&A) Process.
The contractor shall, for identified projects, coordinate with appropriate stakeholders, work with technical personnel to develop requirements, and ensure captured requirements are properly documented and validated. The Analyst shall analyze requirements for impact on existing Agency infrastructure, services, systems, projects, and processes. The contractor shall analyze requirements for strategic linkages to DISA and DoD CIO strategic plans and other federal mandates.
The Analyst shall develop quality standards for the documentation of requirements.
The Analyst shall develop a consistent and repeatable method for evaluating documented requirements and produce and maintain a Requirements Quality Assurance Checklist to enable the evaluation. Requirements standards shall be accepted and approved by the Government and are expected to be utilized across the Agency to ensure consistency in requirements management activities across all Agency activities. The requirements documentation standards shall adhere to the DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF), include industry best-practices, and incorporate additional policies and directives as determined by the Government.
The Analyst shall develop and maintain standards for the format, quality, content, and management of requirements. The contractor shall ensure that all requirements are written to be cohesive, complete, consistent, atomic, traceable, unambiguous, prioritized, testable, and solution agnostic. The Analyst shall perform quality reviews of requirements documents to ensure they meet requirements management standards and produce a Requirements Quality Assurance Report with the results of each review.
The Analyst shall develop KPIs and metrics to measure and monitor the performance of the DISA R&A Process. The contractor shall collect Process performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends and patterns. Based upon findings, the Systems Analyst shall develop recommendations to correct or mitigate negative patterns and trends in Process performance and to improve total Process performance. The Systems Analyst shall prepare reports and briefings detailing trends, patterns, and recommendations at least once a month, but no more than weekly.

Experience/Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Effective presentation skills a must
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills
Demonstrated experience working with cross functional teams on complex projects
Effective organizational, influencing, analytical, planning, interpersonal, & team development skills
Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and utilizing project management applications
Creativity in approaches to problem solving
Limited supervision and direction is provided, as this individual can operate and drive results and set priorities independently
To be successful, this individual must demonstrate favorable results through regular leadership and influencing others
Must have working experience on Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence concepts and framework
Oracle EDW, SharePoint, Informatica, SharePoint and Tableau knowledge highly desired
Ideally this individual will have an IT and/or business background
Attention to detail and strong personal organizational skills and able to work in fast, paced, high- volume environment
Experience working in an onshore – offshore model with teams from different time zones and cultures
Ability to handle moderately complex projects involving integration with several systems 
Must have extensive background in doing business/data analysis and supporting large and complex projects
Must be experienced creating data and BI requirements artifacts

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent and relevant work experience.
