Process incoming service requests/claim calls from customers
Provide customer service concerning billing inquiries and changes in service
Capture information and enter data in computer in a timely manner
Performance is based on daily call volume/effective resolution compared to assigned monthly goals and key performance indicators such as call/handle time, etc.
