Must be comfortable doing phone calls in English Music for Life is a music education business providing children who are 6 weeks old – 6+ years old how to play music. Our mission is to bring music to kids everywhere, and with our growing client base we are in need of a caring and competent individual who wants to make a difference in the world by making our dream of bringing music to kids everywhere a reality! This full time customer service expert will be responsible for providing feedback and engaging in two way dialogue using a new technology which allows customers to conveniently communicate with us via the most popular method of communication available today, text messaging. Knowledge of google documents is also necessary as you will be responsible for updating documents based on client responses. A good phone manor will also be necessary.
You must be available to work from 9am to 6pm Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday (40 hours/week). Starting salary is $80/week. Upon successful completion of your first two weeks, you will receive a 10% raise and will steadily be given 10% raises on a consistent basis as you continue to grow with our amazing team. This is long term employment with lots of opportunity for growth. In order to qualify you will need to complete a formal interview over skype as well as a test task which should take no longer than one hour. The candidate which completes the task with the most accuracy will be awarded the full time position.
