Our client, is selling capital equipment to dentists and dental specialists throughout the Great Lakes Region. They are looking for an experiences Sales Manager to lead a team of 6+ reps throughout the Great Lakes region.
They are not willing to accept candidates not meeting the following requirements:
College Degree -- 4 Yrs
Currently selling with 5+ years of management AND experience selling capital equipment to offices

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The client is looking for a Sales Manager who can take them to the next level! A viable candidate has to have the above experience and will be responsible for managing existing business and driving new business!
Currently leading a team of outside sales reps (direct reports) & must have a total of 5+ years in management. Must currently be based in Chicago.
Job Stability (no job hoppers)
Strong sales achievements
Must have office based capital equipment experience within last 5 years. This could be dental/medical/veterinary/ophthalmology, etc.
Veteran hospital/surgical/pharmaceutical reps will not work for this position.
Not bound by a non-compete
Base Salary: $150,000.00 (DOE) + Company Car
Total Compensation: $225.000.00 - $250,0000.00 (Depending on % attainment) + Full Expenses + Great Benefits + Upward Mobility
