Looking for an energetic, highly competent individual interested in the financial planning industry to work closely with our sales team in creating, implementing and managing ground level marketing campaigns in the B2B and individual market.
This is an entry-level Marketing/Personal Assistant position with flexible hours and opportunities to work from home. This is also a part-time position that offers up to 20 hours a week.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively manage marketing tasks for financial planning team by sending out weekly email blasts, handwritten letters, making phone calls to prospects, scheduling appointments and managing team of 5 individual work calendars.
Data entry into SmartOffice CRM
Identifying leads through Social Media Marketing.
Making phone calls to prospects.
Handwriting letters to prospects.
Researching leads and contact info. via internet.
Using Microsoft Outlook to set appointments for a 5 person team.
Assist with weekly mailings and maintain a monthly report for all client activities and updates.
Assists Principal and staff with personal and administrative tasks that allow them to be more productive.
Anticipate needs and perform other support responsibilities such as completing reports and notating events on calendar

-Data entry a MUST!
-Microsoft Suite experience a MUST!
