Outside Sales Rep - IT Staffing - PA - 27099071 Our Client is looking for someone who has sold IT Staffing in the Philadelphia area. In this role you will be hunting for net new business for a leader in the staffing industry. YOU MUST BE CURRENTLY SELLING IT STAFFING SERVICES TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION!
Focusing on calling on companies with 200 to 500 employees who are in growth mode. The goal of this position is to bring on contract, contract to hire and permanent IT job requisitions for your respective recruiting branch to fill. This person would be hunting within existing accounts as well as for net new opportunities. The territory in the greater Philadelphia and the surrounding areas, Southern NJ and Delaware.
Hardest part of the job? Time management is huge. You will be selling externally and internally to get the requisition worked. Staying committed to the activity is key.

Base Salary: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00(DOE) + $275/mo Car Allowance + $50/mo Phone Stipend
On-Target-Earnings: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 + Uncapped
