Position Overview: Provide support to the Human Resources tools and Technology IT Production Systems Support Services in these areas: design, development and operation of human resource systems for a variety of functions and customers across the government.
Important Information: Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOD Clearance

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide records management including but not limited to:
• Preparation and scanning of documents for input to systems
• Processing a variety of document types
• Verification of job applicant and annuitant materials and image – based records
• Perform preparation, packaging, processing, printing and mailing documents to applicants, annuitants, and requestors
• Perform help desk/call center support for Federal recruiting, staffing, and benefits systems, answering and initiating calls, responding to inquiries by both e-mail and telephone, and providing support and assistance for systems users and customers
• Perform quality review and assurance for applicant documents, notifications, image based records, and other records
• Participate in information technology system testing in a variety of roles
• Perform transcription, including listening to recorded messages (wearing headsets) of general information requests and job applicant information and transcribing the data accordingly, and also speaking with TTY callers, using special TTY software in transcribing their name and address, and supplying information on employment and/or benefits
• Perform system activity, job, and connectivity monitoring, problem troubleshooting and resolution, documentation preparation, procedures maintenance, media and file management, software and patch loading, and help desk support
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
US Citizen
Associates Degree from an accredited college
Minimum of five years’ experience in a similar field
