POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Ground floor opportunity to build the US presence of a nearly 200+ employee European company. Provide leadership and direction in outbound sales development. Reporting directly to the VP of Worldwide Sales, the SDR Manager will manage a team of 8-10 office-based SDR’s. Coach, motivate and train junior executives. As the manager of the US outbound sales team, we are looking for a leader to help build and shape the culture into a place of teamwork, fun and excellence. Apply your knowledge of sales best practices using the latest technology.

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated previous success in an SDR individual contributor role. References say your ability to coach, motivate and train junior executives is PHENOMENAL. Upbeat personality that is infectious. Lead by example whether it be calling a customer on speaker phone, helping to draft a killer email, or riding the high’s and low’s of sales with a great attitude. Desire and ability to work autonomously. Spend no more than 20% of your time updating and managing Salesforce dashboards for senior management.

Education:
Undergrad degree

Work Experience:
3 + years in sales, ideally in technology or software industry.
minimum of 1 year leading a sales team
Proven expertise in prospecting across cold calling/email and social selling

SaaS experience great but not a prerequisite.

COMPENSATION
$100k-110k base depending on experience
$60-90k variable depending on results
