What You'll Be Doing
The Traffic Design/ITS Project Manager responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Collaborate with other members of client's Design Team
Manage all aspects of traffic engineering design
Represent the client professionally with all clients throughout Virginia with additional project work in NC, SC and FLA.
Provide design oversight and support for traffic engineering tasks
B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited institution
Virginia Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure required, PTOE Licensure preferred
8+ years of experience in some or all of the following disciplines: Traffic and Signal Operations Analysis, Traffic Modeling and Simulation, Maintenance and Protection of Traffic, and ITS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience using Microstation, SYNCHRO, and SimTraffic required.
Experience using VISSIM, HCM, and HSM preferred
Passion for providing outstanding client service.
