Our client is seeking to add a dedicated SENIOR WATER RESOURCES PROJECT ENGINEER/PM to their team. What they're looking for!
A bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering and a PE is required and prior experience with Maryland Highway Transportation Authority, VDOT is preferred. The candidate needs to possess a strong transportation and civil background in water resources projects including hydrologic studies, hydraulic modeling, TMDL/BMP, stormwater management, drainage, E&S, scour analysis, waterway permitting, and other activities related to water resources. A master's degree and stream restoration experience is a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word, CADD programs and HEC-RAS is required. The applicant must be able to work well in a team and organize and prioritize tasks. Strong work ethic, verbal and written communication, and computer skills are also required for this position.
