Overall experience of 5+ years with Archer working experience of 3+ years is a must
· Prior Support Experience is desirable
· Good SQL knowledge, web API, xml knowledge
· Deep experience in the core RSA Archer Solutions (Risk Management, Compliance Management, Audit Management, Policy Management, Security Operations/Incident Management is must), as well as on-demand applications.
· Strong skill set in the advanced features of RSA Archer (Data Feeds, Data Publications)
· Knowledge on RSA Archer installation and control panel configuration for troubleshooting.
· Good Knowledge on Back-up and Restore, Search index rebuilding, SSL configuration, troubleshooting IIS
· Good understanding of ITIL Processes · Troubleshooting: Events and Issues resolution on server; Work with windows event viewer and Archer logs to find and remediate issues occurring with the job engine.
· Working experience on ticketing tool, BMC Remedy preferably.
