We are looking for a friendly, reliable, punctual, detail-oriented applicant.
Main responsibilities include providing front desk coverage, answering a multi-line phone system, transferring calls to appropriate staff with proper business etiquette, greeting clients and visitors, sorting all incoming mail and providing basic administration support to other departments as needed, and supply ordering.
Phone experience required. Experience with transferring calls on a multi-line phone system preferred.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Computer knowledge (Words, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of basic office equipment
Minimum 1 year experience in Front Desk setting.
