?3. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
?4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all Levels

Roles & Responsibilities

?Experience enterprise-wide support for in-person experience and return to workplace efforts. understand needs of different employee segments and research/help implement best practice research. Engage team members and stakeholders to assist in the effort.Monitor work plans, facilitate meetings and help with necessary tasks, regardless of scope.

Work with managers and stakeholders to solve problems. Must have passion for business performance and employee experience to align purpose and vision.

Get the team organized and executing on deliverables

Lots of moving parts to keep track of. Business decision is unpopular for some so will require change management and positivity.?
