Senior Estimator

Our Company specializes in preparing cost estimates and schedules at all stages of design. With over 50 years of estimating experience in all areas of construction. We complete a minimum of 300 projects a year. This is an ideal position for an experienced estimator to work in a stable environment. Remote working conditions considered.

Job Description

Permanent position for a Senior Estimator with 5-10 years experience.

? Produce accurate quantity takeoffs and material pricing

? Estimate labor, material and equipment costs

? Work as part of a team on major public and private projects

? Work closely with clients

? Meet project deadlines

Required Qualifications

? At least 5 years experience

? Demonstrated detailed estimating experience in major general construction trades

? Knowledge of estimating processes, technology and related industry trends

? Knowledge of Excel and Plan swift software

Advanced Qualifications

? Mechanical and electrical experience a major plus

? Experience with Sage/Timberline a major plus

? Environmental infrastructure (water supply, wastewater, etc.) experience a plus

? Scheduling (Primavera or Microsoft Project)a plus
