Looking for someone with the following :

o Person must have a well-kept appearance

o Person must be personable and able to maintain a professional demeanor, even in the rare cases where that demeanor may be tried

o Person must be well organized and maintain a neat workplace

o Person must be well acquainted with computer technology: MS Teams is used for phone calls;

MS Office to create necessary documents and forms; Outlook is used for email; must be comfortable with learning new skills and honing existing ones.

o Person should have experience dealing as a receptionist or customer service professional

o Person must work well in a team environment, must always maintain a professional relationship with the customer and must represent the Client as if he/she is working directly for the Client.

o Finally, person should be prepared to cross-train and learn other functions being performed on the customers site per the Ricoh Managed Services Agreement: Mail Room services, as well as Shipping and Receiving

On a daily basis the CW will be responsible for the following:o Answering phones and routing calls to the appropriate departments.

o Acting as gatekeeper to all who enter: providing visitor badges and coordinating escorts; issuing temporary badges to employees who have forgotten their badges; preparing permanent badges for new employees and replacement badges; logging and issuing vendor badges; monitoring and issuing necessary paperwork for parking permits and gate passes.

o Various other receptionist duties as requested by Facilities department.The candidate will primarily be sitting.

No extensive lifting, standing or walking.

There is no driving involved.

The dress code is a higher end business casual ? this means no shorts, cutoffs, t-shirts, and any other apparel items that would cast a less than professional perception on the Receptionist, and by extension, the Client.

The worksite address is 25155 Rye Canyon Loop Bldg 29, Valencia, CA 91355 and free parking is available.

Roles & Responsibilities

?Provides exceptional service to the business by greeting/assisting all visitors and answering and
transferring incoming calls from all over the United States Of America.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greets the public.
- Assists applicants in completing applications.
- Distributes name badges to visitors, temporary employees, etc.
- Schedules meeting rooms for all.
- Answers and transfers calls from all over the United States Of America.
- Participates enthusiastically in company and community service events.
- Performs light Administrative duties.
- Performs PC Support and Administrative duties as needed.
- Acts as a model for Vision, Values, and Mission.
- Builds professional relationships with customers and other teams.
- Responsible for the timely updates of the following: Company phone and speed dial lists, Brag
Board and Company Calendar.
- Responsible for updating the automated messaging center daily.
- Assists Administration or any other team when needed for various tasks (envelope labels, compiling
manuals, etc.).
- Responsible for ordering, maintaining and distributing promotional items for Promotional Store.
- Performs other duties as assigned.?

Minimum Qualifications

?- Requires high school diploma and 1+ years of prior experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- MS Office Suite experience is a plus, specifically Word and Excel.
- Possesses excellent customer service skills.
- Possesses ability to be flexible and work in a team environment.
WORKING CONDITIONS, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and normal range of
temperature and noise.
- Requires daily contact within the department.
- Work has some occasional stress due to periodical or cyclical workload pressures.
- Minimal physical effort is required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing,
bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically weigh less than 10 lbs. (e.g., papers,
- books, files and small parts, etc.).
- Requires regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination).?
