Customer Service Representative

You want a job that you can create your own hours and pretty much be your own boss, Sunshine So Brite Calling Center LLC is for you. You can work a minimum of 3 hours to stay active. You choose your own hours and even the jobs you want. There will be assistance if needed, for example 24-hour Google Group Chat for fun and work. In Google chat you will be able to post Q&A to assist fellow employees with their calls or request help. There will be a fun chat for raffles, games, and just to unwind.

This position is considered Self Employment also known as an Independent Contractor. You will need a 1099-NEC, Arise Portal Account, and a Sole Proprietor EIN. The 1099 form will be provided when time to do your taxes. The EIN you will get from the IRS website, I will provide instructions on how to create your EIN. I will provide instructions on how to create an Arise account if needed as well.

You will need a hi speed internet connection, ethernet cable, USB headset, and computer and/or laptop. Some jobs on the Arise Platform may require double screens, landlines, and business phone. You will need a quiet area you can work in as well. Most remote jobs require hardwired internet, meaning you need to be plugged into your internet service through an Ethernet cable from your device you are using to work.
