Vision Equity is a real estate investment firm run by seasoned real estate veterans based in Ventnor, New Jersey, USA. Our market focus is the South Jersey/Philadelphia Area. We?re seeking a highly motivated person to join our team and help us reach the next level in revenue and client service.

You, in a Nutshell: This position will work from home remotely. We are looking for people with a Marketing and Sales background. Real estate is preferred, but not required. As a marketing and trainer specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to help your company achieve its goals and training duties.Trainer will be trained in House on Systems.

This position is $5/Hour
Monday - Friday
Shifts are 8 hours each day following Eastern Time zone
We will train you for the position.

Skills Needed:

Know your way around a computer, the Internet, and using the software in general
You must have a dedicated home office free of distractions and noise.
You must have a great internet connection and a laptop or computer
You must be able to work consistently without supervision or interruption
Must be able to handle rejection well and move on
Proficiency in English is REQUIRED
Have interpersonal skills, and be comfortable talking to and dealing with people ? via phone, email, etc.
At least 2 Years Experience Marketing/Graphic Design

Responsibilities:
Email and phone correspondence
Develop marketing strategies. As a marketing specialist, you'll be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that align with your company's goals. This may involve conducting market research, identifying target audiences, and developing plans to reach those audiences.
Create marketing content, such as just listed and under contract, ? digital flyers? and post on social media sites (facebook, instagram and LinkedIn)
Manage social media
Managing time and organizing the tasks at hand compliant with the Employer's preferences
Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees, clients, or partners.
Customization: Tailor training programs to meet specific needs and objectives of different clients
Morning Email Informing of Days Plan
Evening Email with Recap of Finished Tasks
