JAVA PROGRAMMER
Schedule: Full time

Qualifications/Responsibilities: Architect, design and develop new applications and modify current systems for telecom initiatives
Unit test and participate in QA test planning including load and regression testing
Any experience of telecom/telecom systems (ACD, IVR, CTI, Call Monitoring) is a plus
Document applications and systems and participate in design and code reviews

Qualifications:
B.S. Computer Systems/Technical Area preferred
Excellent Java-J2EE skills, a minimum of 7 years Java development experience
Experienced in Hibernate, Struts 2x, Web 2.0, AJAX, DOJO, HTML, JSON and UML skills preferred
Strong proficiency in database programming in both SQL and Oracle
Experience in object oriented development methodology
Experience programming with APIs
Excellent logical and analytical programming skills, demonstrated ability to find pro-active solutions
Excellent systems analysis, troubleshooting skills and critical thinking skills
