Civil Engineer/Project Manager

Skills: land or site development, Civil 3-D, Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, grading, drainage, utility and other infrastructure design
Qualifications: Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering
Summary:
This position is a project management position in the civil, site development department. This department produces design documents for industrial, commercial, institutional and residential projects in the state of Texas.

General Responsibilities:
Managing a team of Civil Engineers, reviewing construction documents, and providing QA/QC and design feedback & comments.
Overseeing daily operations and deliverables that may be necessary for the development of RSG's various site development projects.
Using advanced techniques, theory, precepts, and practices in a specialized engineering field to produce and continuously improve the department construction document deliverables.
Planning, coordinating, and directing large and important engineering projects.
Outlining project scope (e.g., budget size, design, schedule/timeline, etc.).
Assisting with proposals and client management as necessary.

Salary - 90k - 115k DOE

Required Education/Licenses:
Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering.
Registration as a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
Extensive knowledge and experience in grading, drainage, utility and other infrastructure design.
