· Knowledge of Unemployment Insurance (Mandatory) · Proficient in Requirements Gathering, Application Capability Demonstration, Gap Analysis and Documentation, Functional Designing, Customer Communication · Working knowledge of MS Office and MS Visio · JIRA platform · Java basics · Writing SQL queries

Experience Required

1. Lead gap analysis sessions 2. Developing requirement artifacts, designing solution. 3. Develop, test, implement and maintain application software 4. Basic knowledge of Java/J2EE 5. Strong knowledge of UI domain 6. Analyze requirements 7. Communicate with offshore for clear understanding of the requirement 8. Participate during SIT and UAT
