Biochemist

Biochemist needs 8+ years? experience

Biochemist requires:

? A BS or MS in a life sciences discipline, with training in biochemistry, analytical chemistry, or related fields, experience in the industry is preferred.

? Prior laboratory experience (internships, co-ops, or academic research) is preferred but not required.

? Some experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC, mass spectrometry, and ELISA is desired but not required.

? Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

? Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

? Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and keen to improve processes.

Biochemist duties:

? Assist in the development and optimization of bioconjugates stability assays and linker-payload release methods.

? Conduct linker-payload enzymatic release studies to evaluate the specificity of payload release.

? Prepare and maintain reagents, buffers, and other laboratory supplies required for assays

? Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities related to assay performance.

? Work closely with discovery team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects. ?

? Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements in the laboratory.
