DUTIES:
- Design menus considering seasonality, ingredient availability, and customer preferences.
- Create special menus for events and occasions.
- Develop recipes that meet taste, presentation, and cost standards.
- Ensure recipes are standardized and consistently executed by kitchen staff.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, organize schedules, and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, and safety.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Previous supervisory or managerial role in a kitchen.
- Contribution to menu development, especially kebab offerings.
- Effective communication in a kitchen environment using kitchen terminology.
- Uphold high standards of taste, presentation, and overall quality.
- Check the quality of raw ingredients and cooked food before serving.

EDUCATIONAL QULIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor's degree in business administration or any other related field.
