Duties will include but are not limited to, checking stock on the floor, doing quotes, invoices and credit notes where
necessary, checking POs and DNs and ensuring all stock released is invoiced correctly and delivered on time.

2 years exp with customer services
diploma/degree
experience in either sales
experience in either sales or soft collections will be accepted too but preferably non sales

Responsible and honesty
Emotional maturity
High level of importance & urgency towards customer needs
Patient and calm
Excellent customer care abilities.
Ability to sell and cross sell products.
Strong communication and feedback skills.
