Federated Hermes, Inc., a leading global investment manager, is seeking a Relationship Manager to join our Global Services division. In this role, you will develop and maintain positive and long-term relationships with intermediary and institutional clients invested in our globally registered products.

What you can expect:
As a Relationship Manager, you will:
• Profile clients and understand their decision-making process; identify needs/objectives to address any delays or objections.
• Conduct meetings with key clients to develop and maintain relationships.
• Solicit client feedback, identify trends that are impacting quality of service, and develop and implement plans for resolution.
• Identify, recommend, and lead implementation of Federated Hermes products.
• Negotiate new and existing contracts/agreements with clients.
• Establish and maintain working relationships across all divisions on a global level.
• Utilize Salesforce to track client information and activity.
• Initiate establishment of new client relationships through initial set up and enlisting support of other Federated Hermes departments.


What we are looking for:
• Bachelor degree or equivalent work-related experience required.
• Minimum three years of client service or relationship-management experience in the financial service industry required.
• Familiarity with online tools and shareholder recordkeeping/accounting systems required.
• Knowledge of mutual funds preferred.
• Project management experience as a project lead preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish or German preferred.
