We require a Technical Analyst to join a strong team in providing support within a large Desktop Support Environment.

Role
We have a need for a person with significant experience in technical support across a variety of areas in IT, including:
· 2nd or 3rd level support desk experience
· Desirable - though not essential - skills include network administration experience
· Excellent experience in PC deployment (set up and relocation)
· Network engineering skills

You also need good communication skills and be well presented. Ideally you will have some background in customer service.
