Junior Sous Chef required to join the team working alongside the Head Chef, Senior Sous Chef and Team, helping to run the main kitchen on a daily basis

The Head Chef is looking for somebody with experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients, he is happy to train somebody into the role so this role might suit a Chef de Partie looking to move in to a Junior Sous Role

Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Uppingham, Oakham, Corby, Stamford or Market Harborough area with their own transport

Benefits
Base Salary of £32,000 - £33,000 (depending on experience)
Share of Staff Tips
Meals on Duty
28 Days Holiday
