Snr Quality Control needs Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field plus 5+ years relevant experience
Snr Quality Control requires:
• 2+ years of working experience leading teams in a matrixed organization
• Proficient with Microsoft tools (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, PowerBI, etc.).
• Experience operating in an Agile/Scrum team.
• Experience developing KPIs and tracking status
• Experience delivering Master Test Plans, test estimates, test cases, test scenarios, defect reports, final test summary reports, and test status reports
• Ability to prioritize testing based on risk; exposure in Testing Process Development
• Experience with Structured Test Planning, testing tracking software
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of testing tools.
• Proficient with issue tracking tools.
• Experience leading teams in a matrixed organization
• Experience coordinating lab testing and related activities

• Experience in the implementation of continuous improvement (CI), lean and/or six sigma methodologies
• A proven toolkit of CI methodologies coupled with the ability to implement and drive process improvements down through all levels of the organization to improve efficiency and productivity while eliminating waste
• Ability to develop a standard set of metrics to track operational performance, drive operational discipline, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and waste elimination.
• Formal training/certification in one or more tool sets
• Experience in the Capability Model Maturity Integration (CMMI) appraisal process.

Snr Quality Control duties:
• Reviews project deliverables and produces the compliance checklist
• Monitors, evaluates, and makes recommendations on QC tasks
• Conducts investigations on technical problems on installed networks, systems, and products; produces QC Root Cause Analysis
