Commercial Insurance Sales Representative

The Commercial Insurance Sales Representative will be responsible for leveraging existing agent relationships and books of business in Central Pennsylvania to enhance NJM’s market position. This role is key in recommending new commercial lines distribution partners, pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities, coordinating new business proposals, and maintaining robust agency relations. Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of overall sales experience, with 4-5 years in commercial lines
Knowledge of insurance underwriting procedures
Experience in marketing, sales, or relationship management within the central PA market
Stable work history with a commitment to continuous learning
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
Continuing education credits in insurance required

Experience Requirements

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in commercial insurance
Proven ability to maintain and build relationships with agencies and brokers
Experience in the insurance industry with a focus on commercial lines
