Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
4 years' experience in Pharmaceutical R&D
Good command on Life Science R&D Domain Business Functions.
Must have one of the following
Experience in Veeva Vault configuration
Perform Veeva Vault user access management:
Create/Maintain Work Instructions
Create/Manage Veeva Vault QMS change controls
Perform Veeva Vault configuration changes for enhancements and elective release functionality
Veeva Certification and configuration experience in at least one of eTMF, CTMS, PromoMats, MedComms, RIM
Veeva Vault environment management
Monitor various email inboxes, ServiceNow groups and team channel communications for action.
Analyze ServiceNow ticket history for trends and continuous improvement opportunities.
Manage business and IS stakeholders.
