The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, accuracy and attention to detail and be able to show initiative

Daily tasks include -

- Processing escalated issues received from other departments, including Sales Reps, Service Supervisors etc.
- Responding to customers' written queries
- Processing requests from other departments (e.g. sales, marketing, authorized service centres) as required


Job requirements needed to be successful:
- Experience in a resolutions/escalations team
- Previous call centre experience
- MSOffice experience
