Required Skills:

Microsoft Exchange
Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008/2008 R2
Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/7
Microsoft Remote Desktop (Terminal) Services
Virtualisation Technologies, including but not limited to VMWare and Hyper-V
Networking: TCP/IP/WANs / LANs / VOIP
Proven customer service skills and experience required.
Good hardware/software problem resolution skills

Firewall Implementation and Configuration
Backup Configuration and Administration
Router Implementation and Configuration
