About the Role

We’re looking for a high-energy, student-focused Property Manager to lead the daily operations, residential life programs, and facilities management of our community. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, you’ll ensure that The Company isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a home away from home for our residents.

This role is perfect for someone who loves working with students, has a knack for problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


What You’ll Do

? Community & Student Life

  • Lead fun and engaging residential life programs to build an inclusive student community.

  • Be an approachable mentor and leader for student staff and residents.

  • Partner with campus organizations to create meaningful student experiences.


? Property & Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

  • Conduct facility inspections to ensure everything is in top shape.

  • Work closely with maintenance and housekeeping teams to keep the Company running smoothly.


? Marketing & Recruitment

  • Develop creative strategies to attract and retain residents.

  • Represent the company at university events and engage with students on social media (TikTok & Instagram skills are a plus!).


? Leadership & Administration

  • Train and support residential life staff to foster community and resolve conflicts.

  • Handle budgeting and financial management to keep operations running efficiently.

  • Address student and parent concerns with professionalism and care.

✔ Tech-savvy – Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Canva, and digital tools.


What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in property management, business, student affairs, or a related field.

  • 3-4 years of experience in student housing, property management, or a similar role.

  • Experience leading teams and managing budgets.

  • Bonus points if you have experience with social media and photography!
