Role Description

Sales, Project Management, and Technical Support position based in the Greater Chicago Area but also includes the Midwest.

This is a full time role with a Floor Coatings Installation Contractor. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to sales, project/crew management, technical support, and coordinating coating installations of various systems of Epoxies, Urethane Cements, Methyl Methacrylate's, Polyaspartics, polyurethanes etc..


Qualifications

  • Great character and people skills

  • 5 years industry experience

  • Sales and Project Management skills

  • Technical support and Coatings Installation experience

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Knowledge of concrete coatings

  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
