We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant & Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role will involve a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, communication, and general office support.

Data Entry: Accurately input data into various databases and spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling email correspondence.
Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Research and Reporting: Conduct research and compile reports as needed.
Project Assistance: Assist with various projects as assigned, including data analysis, document preparation, and presentation support.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, meticulous attention to details.
