Position: Application Architect with Azure Cloud Expertise

Mandatory Skills:  experience into Azure Cloud, .NET 8, DevOps, Application & Sol Architecture, Customer Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Domain Modeling & RESTFul Standards:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive domain models based on Domain Driven Design.

• Define domain API domain implementation design using domain objects / resources using RESTFul API standards.

• Collaborate with other application stakeholders to understand business processes and workflow scenarios to integrate Domain APIs with upstream and downstream applications.

• Ensure alignment between domain models and business objectives.

Application Architecture:

• Design and understand robust application architectures that support scalability, reliability, security and performance.

• Evaluate and recommend architectural patterns and technologies to meet project needs.

• Understand existing legacy WCF code and provide solution to convert the same to .NET 8.

• Bring application integration patterns to the project.

Azure Cloud Expertise:

• Design, Implement and manage Azure cloud-based distributed, container based and serverless solution architecture implementations.

• Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost, performance, and security.

• Understand and define performance SLAs, SLOs and OLA.

• Bring expertise in identity management, authentication, authorization, RBAC, DevSecOps pipeline, observability, service virtualization and database queries and other objects creation and management to project.

Kubernetes and Microservices:

• Design and deploy containerized applications using Kubernetes.

• Develop microservice architectures that promote modularity and reusability.

• Ensure seamless integration and communication between microservices.

• Identify, design and implement distributed transactions scenarios with microservice.

Release Strategies, Planning and Execution

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the dependencies between domain APIs and upstream applications.

• Prioritize and strategize release strategy and roadmap along with client stakeholders.

• Estimate the integration implementation.

• Lead the technology discussions with clients, bring best practices and strategies.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 15 years of experience in software design and development.

• Must have contributed to minimum 2 microservice implementation projects as an application architect using Kubernetes and REST APIs.

• Must have a deep understanding of PCI-DSS standards and implementation strategies.

• Must have strong expertise in Azure Cloud services and infrastructure.

• Must have strong expertise in Azure Cloud services and infrastructure.

• Proven experience in domain modeling and application architecture.

• Hands-on experience with .NET 8, ADO.NET, Web API, DDD, RESTFul Services, Kubernetes for container orchestration.

• Proficient in designing and implementing microservice architecture.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Must have ability to interact with client senior management and product owner and participate in management discussions.
